Taliya Minullina: "New talented Tatarstan investors?"
From 17 to 19 December for the second time in Tatarstan held a specialized forum "The discovery of talent", which brings together talented young people with an active lifestyle from Tatarstan, Russia, abroad. This year the forum gathered more than 4 thousand participants, experts and distinguished guests and competitors of the Republican prize "The discovery of talent".
On December 18 in the Residence of creative industries "Shtab" was a plenary session with the participation of President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The event was also attended by Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Chief Executive, a member of the Supervisory Board of the "University of talents" Taliya Minullina, known political figures of the republic, scientists, university rectors and others.
At the session were presented network sites of youth and mentors’ design creativity, experts have seen training classes, talent lab, championship of scientific competitions. Also, was held the presentation of the "University of talent" first year work, a kind of provider of communication and interaction between young people, teachers and employers, between science, business, creativity. "I believe that such activities are strategically important for the republic and Russia. After all, they form the economic and cultural potential of the country. In addition, these talents – are a new generation of investors, so Tatarstan Investment Development Agency actively cooperates with the "University of talent". However, it is important to understand that identify and reveal the talent is necessary. But all our work in this direction would be ineffective if those talents will not live and work on the Tatarstan land. Therefore, the main task today – is to create the most comfortable environment in all respects, to improve the quality of life. It is good that we have adopted a program of "Strategic Talent Management in the Republic of Tatarstan". There is no such national programs in any other region of Russia," said Taliya Minullina.
On December 19, the last day of the forum, was the final of the Republican prize "The discovery of talent". Its nominees become talented young people as well as organizations, companies, private investors, professional societies, media, municipalities that have a unique practice of developing of potential of children, young people, mentoring, producing and developing effective career paths of young people. Awards were given in 11 categories.
